First things first...

Well, so the date for the release is finally more or less set. Real cool. Apparently they'll have collaborations with Snoop Dog(?!), Tunde Adebimpe & Dave Sitek (from TV on Radio), Stephanie Dosen, Horace Andy (as usual), Elizabeth Frazer (she's back! yhey!), Damon Albarn (from Blur and Gorilaz), Dot Allison (I think I've heard this track already), Hope Sandoval and Mike Patton (from many, many projects, like Faith No More, Fantômas, Tomahawk, Peeping Tom...). That's nine (9) collaborations. Will they present any vocals by themselves in this new album? Oh, and by the by, it is definite now that the album title will not be Weather Underground (no name reveled just yet). They also have another (being the forth in a year) sound track for a movie: Gomorra. The other soundtracks include In Prison My Whole Life, Battle in Seattle and Trouble Water, a documentary about the floods in New Orleans.

Nice. So the long strayed MA member will release a solo work? Nice, real nice.

On another note...

... As I listen to the beautiful start of The Crystal ship - "Before you slip into unconsciousness , I'd like to have another kiss. Another flashing chance at bliss, another kiss, another kiss." - I realise: «I really f*cked things up, didn't I?». A hit-n-miss, an exaggeration understood by little more than none. "C'est la vie", they will tell me. They're wrong. "C'est ma vie".
